1. FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS – The first time homebuyers program is a four week series that teaches you everything you need to know about homeownership. This program teaches you about grants and lenders that offer free grant dollars for closing cost assistance.

2. BECOMING A LANDLORD – This class is a four hour session that helps teach individuals how to become landlords. This class was added to the curriculum due to the increase in multi-family purchases.

3. CREDIT REPAIR – A two session series that teaches you how to repair and understand your credit report.

4. MARRIAGE AND FINANCES – Statistics have shown that financial difficulties are one of the number one causes of divorce. This class helps prepare and strengthen couples on the importance of love and money and how not to separate the two. This session is a four week series.

5. HOW TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN ABOUT MONEY – This session is a 12 – week series that jump starts children on learning how to save money and prioritize their spending habits. These classes are separated by age and are geared to teach children hot to set realistic financial goals. Areas that are covered include: How to open a bank account, preparing for college, The dangers of credit card debt and much more.

6. HOW TO CREATE AND LIVE ON A SUCCESSFUL BUDGET – This class teaches you how to create and streamline your budget for today’s economy.
